A block booking has been made at ATKV Klein-Kariba for the group, which will be released by 15 August 2018.

However, delegates are responsible to make their own arrangements with regards to booking and paying their accommodation. Please book your accommodation at Klein Kariba by completing the accommodation form provided and sending it to Lorraine at LorraineV@atkv.org.za (CC elma@mweb.co.za) .  She will send you an invoice or quotation for payment.

A friendly request: please take note of the cut-off dates for payment supplied on your invoice and the cancellation policy. With big groups strict deadlines need to be followed.
