The conference will run over 4 full days. Arrival and registration will be on Sunday evening, 6 September and departure is on Friday, 11 September. The full registration fee excludes accommodation, but includes the following:

• Registration material, full access to all sessions including the following meals:
• Coffee, Tea and rusks every morning before the sessions start (Monday to Thursday)
• A mid-morning brunch every morning from Monday to Thursday
• The Welcome function on Sunday evening
• The Gala Dinner on Thursday evening
• A cash bar will be available during the above dinners, but some sponsored wine will also be provided during the evening functions
• Snacks and drinks at coffee breaks

Please note that the dinners on 7 and 8 September are not included in the registration fees. These evenings delegates will prepare their own meals at their self-catering accommodation or may have dinner at the restaurant. There is a shop to buy products for dinner.

Registration will open on 11 May 2020. To qualify for early rates, registration fees must be received before or on 20 June. After this date normal rates will be charged.  No registrations will be accepted after 30 August 2020.

Please note that only full-time undergraduate and post graduate students at tertiary institutions will be considered for student rates. Non-SAWMA members are charged a higher rate but are invited to join membership to SAWMA and will then qualify for lower rates.
