TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Please ensure that the arrival and departure dates are correct! To attend the full conference, you will need to book for 5 nights: Arrive 4 September – depart 9 September 2022
  • Breakfast is NOT included with the accommodation fee, but can be booked extra on the conference registration form
  • Linen and towels are supplied in all rooms.
  • All accommodation bookings are considered temporary until a 50% deposit and/or the full amount owed is paid by 31 July 2022.
  • Government officials or other delegates making use of Travel Agencies should present voucher numbers or proof of payments by 31 July 2022

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 91 days prior to arrival - 100 % refund
  • 61-90 days prior to arrival - 70% refund
  • 31-60 days prior to arrival - 50% refund
  • 30 days prior to arrival - no refund

Payment details:

The Banking details will be supplied on the Pro forma Invoices after the booking form has been received. All accommodation cancellations must be received in writing by no later than 90 days to receive a full refund of

your accommodation costs.

Arrival and Departure:

Check-in time is from 14H00 on the day of arrival and rooms are to be vacated by 10H00 on the day of departure.
